Facilitator – Sunita Sawant

Sunita has overall 20 years’ experience in Customer Service, BPO, Telecom, Insurance and e-commerce. Majority of her career has been into Learning and Development.

Through her training experiences, in a range of sectors, Sunita has developed a passion for people development. She believes that, through effective training and coaching, people can be equipped with the necessary skills to enhance performance, which can significantly improve productivity and working relationships.

Being a graduate and a PG Diploma holder in Human Resource, she has been instrumental in setting up the processes with respect to designing Job descriptions, interviewing the candidates and designing the recruitment plan.


She is also well versed in Instructional Design theories & principles. She has hands on experience in conducting Training Need Analysis, Content development and Training delivery.

During her corporate career she has headed Training Functions/departments for national and international participants.
