Through her corporate working experiences, Veena believes that ‘People’ are the differentiating factor and hence is passionate about People Development through Coaching. Coaching helps people achieve their true potential. She believes that conversations are powerful and they lead to transformations. Hence she helps people enhance their communication skills.
Being a post-graduate and having completed an Executive Program in Business Management from IIM, Kolkata, she has had the experience of setting up Customer Service Operations on National Level and managing all facets including creating job-descriptions, interviewing, training, performance management, benchmarking, designing SOPs and setting KRAs. Mapping of Customer Journey to improve Customer Experience, ROI and Relationship Management is what she has last been working on.
She is a Coach, with a niche in Behavioural Change and Communication skills. Loves to train in Origami, as Origami helps build mindfulness and improve spatial visualisation.
